For the gadget-happy, the popular Blueair 550E offers the same reliable air purification performance as the incredibly quiet Blueair 503 model, but it comes with a handy remote control unit and digital display.

|
The easy-to-use remote control and digital display system gives you instant feedback of particle detection, air purifier speed and timer operation. So you don’t have to leave your comfortable spot at your desk, on the sofa or in bed to change the speed setting. Just point and click.

Electronic particle and gas sensors confirm that the unit is effectively removing allergens, such as pollen, dust, smoke, mold spores and pet dander, from the air. And you can see when it's time to change the filters on the electronic display.

Technology
Blueair's patented HEPASilent™ technology combines the best features of electrostatic and mechanical filter technology to enable the delivery of more clean air at a faster rate with less noise. Phenomenally low power usage minimizes energy consumption. Plus Blueair air purifiers actually reduce the levels of ozone in indoor air.
|
SurroundAir
Blueair’s SurroundAir™ system achieves peak performance by drawing in dirty air from the sides and bottom and releasing clean, filtered air from the sides and top. When operating on the lowest setting, the air purifiers do not create any noticeable draft. On the highest setting, the units provide maximum coverage with minimum draft. Cleaned air that is free of impurities is recirculated into the room.
