Your app makes care easy

Connect your humidifier to the app to keep an eye on humidity, automatically receive the latest firmware and features, and get helpful care notifications right when you need them.

Empty and wash the water tank when your humidifier isn’t in use. Every two weeks, give the tank and wick a wash, and descale the pump monthly to help keep everything running smoothly.

Changing your Dreamwell Wick Filter + -

Replacing your DreamWell™ wick filter is quick and easy

Step 1: Turn off, unplug and open your humidifier

Turn off your DreamWell™ Humidifier and unplug it from the power outlet.

Turn the locking sliders counterclockwise to unlock the unit, then gently lift the top enclosure away from the base.

Step 2: Remove the old wick filter

Locate the snaps on the wick filter cover and release them to remove the cover from the wick frame.

Then, use the tabs on the wick filter to gently lift the old filter out of the frame.

Step 3: Install your new wick filter

Place the new DreamWell™ wick filter onto the reusable wick frame.

Align the snaps on the wick cover and press the cover back into place. You should hear a click when it is securely installed.
Before continuing, check that the wick, wick cover and wick frame are all securely in place.

Important: Keep the reusable wick frame and cover. These parts should be reinstalled each time you replace the wick.

Step 4: Reassemble your humidifier

Place the top enclosure back onto the base. You should hear a click when it is properly connected.
Turn the locking sliders clockwise to lock the humidifier back into place.

Step 4: Reset your filter indicator light

Once your new wick is installed, plug the humidifier back in and turn it on.

Press and hold the Fan Speed button for about 15 seconds, until the LEDs on the display light up. Then release the button.

This resets the wick filter indicator so your DreamWell™ can begin tracking your new filter.

Descaling your DreamWell pump & tank + -

Rinse the inside of the tank with fresh water & w ipe away any loose or visible mineral buildup with a clean towel.

Step 1: Mix the Descaling Solution

First, fill the tank with the recommended amount of water. Then add the descaling powder and mix well.

For monthly maintenance
Use a 2% descaling solution.

Step 2: Let the Tank and Pump Soak

Remove the sponge pre-filter from the pump and place it directly in the tank.
Place the pump into the tank as you normally would during assembly.
Make sure the bottom half of the pump is fully submerged in the descaling solution.
Let the tank, pump, and sponge pre-filter soak for 2 hours.

Your humidifier is now ready to use.

For heavy buildup or pump issues
Use a stronger 4% descaling solution.

Smaller tanks: Add 2 pouches (2 oz total) of descaling powder to 1.5 L (0.4 gal) of water.
Larger tanks: Add 4 pouches (4 oz total) of descaling powder to 3.0 L (0.8 gal) of water.

Important: The tank should be about halfway full. Always add the water first, then the descaling powder.
