I’m very happy with the air purifier in the filters! It’s made a huge difference in my home. Website ordering is not as easy as it could be when I need to make a change or a special order, but when I call, customer care is amazing!

I wasn’t sure how well an air purifier would work. I made my purchase for use in my bedroom with hopes of reducing my allergies issues. My Blue Pure 311 is terrific! My concerns about the noise of the device have be alleviated because there is only a very faint hum - like minimal white noise. I sneeze and cough noticeably less in the morning - hurray! The auto setting speeds up every morning when I shake out my bedding and make my bed. Clearly, it picks up on the movement of extra dust particles in the bedroom. I’ve also noticed that dust doesn’t accumulate as quickly on my bedroom furniture as it had prior to my use of the Blue Air 311. I recently placed an online order for a replacement filter; the package arrived quickly. The unit was easy to take apart and the very dusty pre-filter washed up beautifully.

We've been using the Blueair 311 Auto Air Purifier in our bedroom for 3 1/2 years, and it does a great job of keeping the air fresh. Auto mode keeps it so quiet that we wouldn't know it's running if not for the blue LED light on the side... except for when volatile organic compounds (e.g. hairspray, lidocaine spray, etc.) are detected. Then it kicks into high speed until they care cleared from the air.

I ordered this filter to use in my living room/kitchen open area. It kicks into high gear when we are cooking and removes odors quickly. Most of the family has allergies and this has really helped us breathe better and noticeably lessen the allergy symptoms. It is super quiet. I often check it to make sure it is still on. Only loud when turned on high or works to reduce odors when cooking. Highly recommend.

Couldnt use filter because fan broke in the main unit. Was able to return filter.
