I have a 2+yr old 411a model that is just the right size for my bedroom. Couldn't be happier with it and happier still, with the affordable and prompt deliver of the filter subscription every 6 months. But there is more! Ordered an extra cloth pre-filter, and received it the next day!

I have been trying to return this product for 2 weeks. The return portal doesn’t recognize my order number so I contacted customer service (via email because I could not locate a phone number), no response. Can’t imagine what you would do if you had an equipment problem, given the lack of responsiveness on a simple return issue.
