Why isn't my Amazon Alexa device responding to my command?

The Alexa device may not be hearing you clearly, so make sure that you are speaking loud enough for Alexa to understand you. Also, check that both your Alexa device and Blueair Purifier are plugged in and connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. You may also observe that the Amazon Alexa device’s performance will tend to improve over time as it "learns" your specific way of speaking. If the problem persists after fixing the possible network issue, determine which device is not working properly by checking the Blueair purifier via the iOS/Android Blueair app. You can also test Amazon Alexa by using other (non-Blueair) commands.
