What is the warranty for the 2-in-1 Purify + Humidify?

How often do I need to change the filter?

Your Particle + Carbon filters will last up to 6 months thanks to our proprietary RealTrack algorithm that accurately calculates the remaining filter lifetime based on fan speed, usage time and pollution levels.

When it's time to replace the filter, the filter replacement LED on the interface will turn red to remind you. Alternatively, connect to the Blueair app to receive an alert and easily re-order at the touch of a button.

The humidification wick filter should be replaced every 6 months. It should be cleaned weekly when in use according to the instructions in the user manual to maintain optimal performance.

To clean the wick filter, rinse with water weekly, or for a deep clean, soak in citric acid and rinse. Use 20g of citric acid for every 1L of water for 1 hour. Rinse well under running tap water.

Stylish and highly functional
We live in a very dry environment during the winter with the atmospheric humidity dropping considerably indoors. This device makes humidifying the air very easy. It uses an amazing amount of water over the course of the day. The air filtration is a bonus - we already have 2 Blue air filters. One member of the household has COPD so maintaining air quality is very important.
The wireless app is a neat feature too. My only criticism is the lack of a washable pre-filter to extend the life of the main filters.

Had some issues, but they took care of them in a timely matter, sent another unit and working fine, they had a problem with auto mode, clean air but no humidity but that's working now.

GREAT HUMIDIFIER
The 2 in 1 Pro is a great humidifier. The app is very friendly and it’s very easy to customize how you want the unit to work. This is the only humidifier I have ever used that got my large spaces up to a comfortable humidity with very little noise and no drafts. The lowest setting is whisper quiet. The large filters last a long time and there is very little maintenance needed. It has converted me from only using a steam humidifier.
I haven’t used it yet as an air purifier. I am looking forward to trying it as the weather gets warmer and the pollen and dust starts to invade our house.
