    Based on using on an older model these are excelle

    These are fabulous but I wasted money on this due to BlueAir discontinuing my purifier model.

    Terrible customer service

    I found it impossible to find my filter on your website. I think that’s shameful. I had to send you an email to find out how to buy the outside sock filter for my 211+. And you don’t have a way for me to call a customer service agent. I would never recommend any of your products to friends because it’s so difficult to get information or service from your company. I’m disappointed in your lack of BASIC customer service and lack of basic information on your website. information

    Wasn’t sure we would like these but we do. Seems to fit better than the original pre filters.
