Excellent customer service!
I ordered this filter by mistake, what I needed was the 311 Max (without the "i"). After I received it, I contacted customer service, they replaced it with the one I needed right away. I was relieved, and impressed, that it was so easy. I've had the Pure Blue 311 Max purifier for three years and it works perfectly.

Great air filter
Works great. Easy to install/ replace. Works well and lasted a year in a single pet home with almost daily use. Replacement filter arrived quickly and ships flat in a small box.
