I'm having trouble completing the firmware update or my 2-in-1 is stuck on "firmware updating" in the app?

  • Turn off the Wi-Fi network.
  • Attempt to connect to a different Wi-Fi network or personal mobile hotspot.
  • Upon connecting to a new Wi-Fi network or hotspot, the device will attempt to update again.
