Follow these steps to cancel your filter subscription from within your account or call our customer support team.
- Log into your Blueair account at Blueair.com and click on Filter Subscriptions on the left.
- Find the Smart Ship Subscription that you'd like to cancel in the list of Filter Subscriptions and click on Edit My Plan.
- Scroll down until you see Cancel Subscription and click on it.
- You'll be shown a form where you can select the reason for canceling your subscription.
- Click on Submit and your Smart Ship Subscription will be canceled and will be removed from your Filter Subscriptions list.
