Can I have a smart subscription without connecting or using the app?


You can have a filter subscription without connecting to or using the app, but your filter will ship based on the interval (3, 6, or 9 months) you choose, instead of being based on your filter usage.
You can edit the Filter Interval through your online account.
  1. Log into your account at Blueair.com
  1. Click on Filter Subscriptions on the left.
  1. Find your device from the list of Subscriptions and click Edit My Plan
  1. Find Next Order Date and the Shipment Frequency drop down. You may enter the date you'd like for your next shipment and select the interval from the drop down.
  1. Click Confirm at the bottom.
