You can have a filter subscription without connecting to or using the app, but your filter will ship based on the interval (3, 6, or 9 months) you choose, instead of being based on your filter usage.
You can edit the Filter Interval through your online account.
- Log into your account at Blueair.com
- Click on Filter Subscriptions on the left.
- Find your device from the list of Subscriptions and click Edit My Plan
- Find Next Order Date and the Shipment Frequency drop down. You may enter the date you'd like for your next shipment and select the interval from the drop down.
- Click Confirm at the bottom.
