I never asked for this smart subscription to be setup.


We’re sorry about that, please follow the steps to cancel your filter subscription within your account.
  1. Log into your Blueair account at Blueair.com and click on Filter Subscriptions on the left.
  1. Find the Smart Ship Subscription that you'd like to cancel in the list of Filter Subscriptions and click on Edit My Plan.
  1. Scroll down until you see Cancel Subscription and click on it.
  1. You'll be shown a form where you can select the reason for canceling your subscription.
  1. Click on Submit and your Smart Ship Subscription will be canceled and will be removed from your Filter Subscriptions list.
