How can I clean my Classic Pro air purifier?

Regular cleaning is essential to maintain your air purifier's performance.

Follow these recommendations for cleaning your Classic Pro air purifier.

General Cleaning Guidelines:​

  • Disconnect the air purifier from the power supply before cleaning.​
  • Avoid allowing foreign objects to enter the air inlets or outlets to prevent damage.​
  • Never use gasoline, chemical solvents, or corrosive materials for cleaning as they can harm the air purifier.​
  • Ensure the air purifier is completely dry before reconnecting it to power.​
  • Do not wash the main filter as it is not washable or reusable.​

Cleaning Steps:​

  1. Use a soft, clean, damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the air purifier.​
  2. Clean the inside of the door with a soft, clean, damp cloth after opening it.​
  3. Remove the prefilter from the door by lowering the tabs on the door holding the prefilter in place. ​
  4. Wipe both sides of the pre-filter with a dust cloth or vacuum using a soft brush attachment (not included).​
  5. Vacuum the small air inlets and inside the air purifier with a soft brush attachment (not included).​
  6. Inspect and clean the power cable and plug for wear or damage.​
  7. Clean the sensor when changing the main filter.​

Cleaning the Air Quality Sensor:​

  • Locate the inlet for the air quality sensor at the front of the air purifier (left from the display).​
  • Vacuum the area around the inlet to clean it effectively.​
