Check your Blueair app to see if it is connected and receiving a signal from your device (you’ll see a percentage in Filter Usage). If it is not, follow the steps to reconnect. If it is, please call customer support.
- Remove the device from the Blueair App.
- Unplug the device then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Add the device back to the Blueair App.
