My Smart Subscription never shipped


Check your Blueair app to see if it is connected and receiving a signal from your device (you’ll see a percentage in Filter Usage). If it is not, follow the steps to reconnect. If it is, please call customer support.
  1. Remove the device from the Blueair App.
  1. Unplug the device then plug it back in and turn it on.
  1. Add the device back to the Blueair App.
