What type of filters are used in Blue Pure Max air purifier?

The filter inside the Blue Pure Max air purifier consists of Particle filter and Carbon mesh for reduction of particles, gases and VOCs. The air purifier has a filter indicator light that reminds you when it is time to replace it or receive push notification if you connect to the Blueair app (approximately every 6-9 months).

Fabric pre-filter
The Blue Pure Max has an interchangeable fabric pre-filters that can be vacuumed and washed in the washing machine regularly (washing instructions can be found on the label of the pre-filter).
The pre-filter catches large particles and protects the main filter inside the air purifier.
The pre-filters come in different colors.
