Protect purifier is stuck on the high-speed level / Display light is orange or red.

To resolve you will need to clean the sensors on the Protect purifier. See the instructions below:

1. The sensors on the Protect are on the left side of the unit and look like diagonal equal signs.
2. Clean out the sensors by using a can of compressed air to spray 3-4 second bursts into the holes.
