Why can’t I log in to my Blueair Friend account?

If you can't log into your account, create a new password by clicking on the link 'Forgot your password?'. You will receive a recovery email with instructions on how to reset your password.

You can click on the registering link only once. If you click more than once, your account will be registered correctly but you will receive an error message (‘Invalid token'). Just ignore the message and start using your app!

Please note that sometimes the recovery email ends up in the spam folder. For any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
