Select Pro series

The easiest way to identify your air purifier model is the serial number label. The label is located on the outside of the product box, as wellas on the air purifier.

On Blue family models, the label is located near the power cord on the back of the air purifier. For Classic, Pro, and Sense models, the serial number label is on the bottom of the air purifier. Ask a friend to help you gently tilt the air purifier on its side to access the bottom.
