In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to start the return process within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. We will refund your money to the same payment method that you used during the purchase. It can take up to 10 days before you will see your money on your account.
All accepted returns are paid by Blueair.
