How do I reset my filter replacement indicator (red light) on my Blue Pure air purifier?

A red filter replacement indicator appears on the air purifier when it is time to change filter, after about 6 months of operation.

After you replace your filter, press the center button down to reset the filter light indicator until the red light disappears. It usually takes 7-10 seconds and may take up to 30 seconds depending on the model.

This works well!
I’m having renovations done and you can see that the outside filter is needing to be changed more often. I throw it in the washer; so easy. It’s doing its job, and I really appreciate that!
