Blueair 311i Max - nice air purifier and GREAT customer support!
I have been using my Blueair 311i Max daily for the past year and a half with great results. I recently ran into an issue where the unit would immediately turn itself off after turning on. After using Blueair customer support online and talking to Alina, I was able to get my product replaced under the warranty and shipped to my house within 5 days! It was such a great experience to have a customer service department that actually listened to what happened to the product and then follow through to make things right.

Whisper Quiet
I have an over-active nervous system, such that I rarely open my windows. This air purifier is whisper quiet. It also works as intended.
