Excellent customer service!
I ordered this filter by mistake, what I needed was the 311 Max (without the "i"). After I received it, I contacted customer service, they replaced it with the one I needed right away. I was relieved, and impressed, that it was so easy. I've had the Pure Blue 311 Max purifier for three years and it works perfectly.
