I changed the filter, but I'm still getting an error sign. Don't know what I did wrong??
BBlueair6 days agoThank you for the 5 star review and for choosing our Humidifier Replacement Wick. After installing the new wick, the filter indicator does need to be reset manually. To do this, turn the device on, then press and hold the Fan Speed button for about 15 seconds until the LEDs light up, then release. This should clear the error. If it persists, we are happy to help further.
