    Awesome

    This 2 pack of air purifiers i bought at Costco. Love them! Scanned the QR code to subscribe for the replacement filters. They came the next day, thought they'd be in 6 months but oh well, at least I have them. Great product!

    Works well, but customer service is another thing entirely

    The actual air filter works well, but trying to purchase replacement filters is an exercise in utter frustration. My son and I have 6 Blue Air minis and so far, I've been able to successfully purchase exactly 2 replacement filters. There's no option for adding more than one set of filters in any given order. It is insane. I still have not received the additional 4 replacement filters I thought I had ordered. I mentioned this in customer service emails and got no response to that problem. Nor do I have the other filters.....
