- Ensure that your phone, 2-in-1 device, and Wi-Fi router are in the same room and in a close distance during the initial set up (follow the app for exact distance instructions). Once you have successfully paired your 2-in-1 device, you can place it at your desired location.
- Make sure your 2-in-1 is plugged in and powered on.

- Open the App Store on your smartphone and ensure you have the latest Blueair app version
