How do I Start a Smart Subscription?

Your Smart Ship subscription will be started after you sign up for a filter subscription for your smart device and connect your device to your Blueair app.
  1. Make sure your Smart Ship-compatible air purifier is synced with your Blueair app.
  1. Log into your online account at Blueair.com and click on Filter Subscriptions on the left.
  1. On the far right you'll see Add Subscription +. Click on it.
  1. You’ll be shown your active devices or be prompted to select a new device to add. If your device is there, click on that device and follow enrollment. If you do not see your device, click on add a new device and click on the family of air purifiers you have and then the device.
  1. Even though we're setting up Smart Ship, go ahead and select a shipment interval as this will ensure you receive a filter even if your device is not connected.
  1. Agree to the terms and conditions and click on Complete and Check out to go through the checkout process. (Remember, the subscription itself is free. You won't be charged for filters until they ship.)
  1. Return to Filter Subscriptions in your account.
  1. Find the Air Purifier you'd like to engage Smart Ship from the list.
  1. Click on Pair Compatible Device.
  1. Confirm by clicking the circle next to the serial number. If you do not see your serial number here because you bought your device from another retailer, please go to “Devices & Warranty” and add your device there with your serial number and then complete your subscription setup.
  1. Check the Enable Smart Ship box.
  1. Click Confirm at the bottom.
