I was really pleasantly surprised with these air purifiers. They come fully assembled (even the filter is already installed) and it was remarkably fast and painless to get them connected to the app. I have them running on the auto setting, and I definitely notice them kicking on and clearing kitchen smells and other things. No issues at all so far! They might be slightly expensive, but if they continue to be this easy to use then they're worth it in my opinion.

I have used this product about 3 weeks now, and I am impressed with how quiet this air purifier is, and that the sensor does seem to be able to discern changes in air quality. For example, I opened the bedroom window a couple of nights ago, as the outside air was 'clear' and the humidity low . The purifier was intentionally left Off. In the morning, I closed the window, turned on the air purifier and put it on auto. Within a minute or two, the color indicator turned yellow, and the purifier revved up, and within a few minutes, the indicator light returned to blue. It's the first time I've seen anything other than the blue light, so it's reassuring it's doing its job. Haven't owned this long enough to replace a filter, so I have no experience with that, but so far I am very happy with this product. The only 'negative' I would say is that the fan speed/mode adjustments, if not using the app which I don't. The adjustment lacks versatility. For example, I typically like to toggle between Auto for during the day, and Night mode at night to turn off the blue light. To go from Night mode to Auto requires 5 presses of the Fan button to cycle through the higher speeds->Off-> Auto. This functionality could definitely be improved upon.

I just wanted to add a review on here since we have all had to battle the Canadian wild fires smoke spreading across the states. I cannot imagine what they all are going thru and my prayers go out to all of them. You never really know how well a product works until it is truly put to the test. Well this air cleaner has kept my home clean and smoke free even on the most dangerous of days of air quality. My office at work was pretty bad. We could smell it everywhere in our building. So this product has spoken volumes to me with its performance in recent days. It was worth the investment! Thank you Blue Air for keeping us safe at home.

It means the world to know that your Blueair purifier kept your home clean, breathable, and safe while heavy smoke blanketed the region. Wildfire smoke events are brutal—the fine particulate matter PM 2.5 and acrid odors penetrate standard building seals easily, which is why offices and homes without dedicated filtration end up smelling like a campfire. Hearing that your unit stepped up when the air quality reached its absolute worst is the best feedback we could ask for. We have our 311+Max working hard during our home confinement due to the Canadian wild fire smoke in our area. Our Blue Max has kept our indoor air at excellent while there is an advisory outside. We are very glad we purchased the air purifier, we love it!
