How do I change my 200 series filter?
To change the filter in your 200 series unit, pull on the small blue handle to open up the back door of the unit and pull out the old filter. Insert your new filter and make sure the arrow labeled ‘insert’ on the top of filter packaging is pointing towards the unit.
How close can I place my air purifier to the wall?
We suggest placing your 200 series air purifier 4 or more inches from the wall. Leaving the back at least 4 inches from the wall, the unit can also be placed in a corner without compromised airflow.
My ‘E’ series unit is constantly running on high while on auto. How can I fix this?
This is usually caused by the sensor being clogged. To fix the problem you will need to use a can of compressed air and give the sensor area a couple of 3 second blasts. On a 200 series, the sensors are on the Left side of the unit in a small rectangular grate.
Can I purchase a unit with wheels?
No. We’re sorry but the 200 series doesn’t come with wheels. It does however, only weigh 25 lbs and comes with a handle for easily mobility.
How do I reset the filter replacement indicator for my manual unit?
To reset the magnetic filter timer, press and hold the “RESET” button for 10 second. The filter change indicator light will turn off and the counter will begin its countdown to the next filter change(188 days). To temporarily stop the filter indicator light for five days, press the “SNOOZE” button.
How do I know when I need to change the filter in my manual unit?
Your magnetic filter timer will keep track of when your filter needs to be changed; its LED light will flash to notify you every six months or 188 days.
