WiFi connection issues

  • Make sure that you are using the latest Blueair app version (download the app from the app store)

  • Make sure that the WiFi is functioning (check the WiFi signal on your phone, reboot router)

  • Make sure you are not using a VPN

  • Place the air purifier in the same room as the router

  • Plug out and plug in the air purifier

  • Log out and Log in again from the Blueair app

When all the above points are checked, open your app and follow the instructions to connect your air purifier. If that does not help, try to:

  • Use your phone hotspot: Go to your phone > Open the Settings > activate the hotspot. Then go to the Blueair app add your Blueair device, or

  • Use another phone if possible, then go to the Blueair app and add your Blueair device.
