What type of maintenance is recommended for Blueair air purifiers?

To ensure the best performance, regular cleaning is the only maintenance you need to do on the Blueair air purifiers.

Note: Always turn off and disconnect the air purifier from the power supply before changing filters or cleaning.

From the outside, you can wipe the surface of the air purifier with a clean, soft, damp cloth. Never use chemical solvents or corrosive material for cleaning! These agents may damage the surface.

While changing the filter(s), we recommend that you vacuum the inside of your air purifier to remove dust. Gently vacuum the air inlets and the air inlet grille from the inside with a soft brush or other suitable vacuum attachment.

If your air purifier has a fabric pre-filter, you can vacuum it from the outside, or wash it in a washing machine according to instructions on the care label.
