Why can't I see my device in the Blueair Friend app?

The most common explanation is that your device was connected to another account.

The device can only be connected to one account at a time, so we recommend you to have only one account per household.

Another reason can be that the device has been moved to a place with another Wi-Fi network.

To reconnect your device, open your app, select '+' in the top corner and follow the instructions on screen.
