This filter is compatible with the Blue Pure 311 Auto air purifier.
A red filter replacement indicator appears on the air purifier when it is time to change filter, after about 6 months of operation.
After you replace your filter, press the center button down to reset the filter light indicator until the red light disappears. It usually takes 7-10 seconds and may take up to 30 seconds depending on the model.
I've been consistently changing my Blue Air filters since I purchased two Blueair cleaners quite a few years ago. I chose to change it every 9 months. Every time the removed filter is a dirty grey, so I know it's working well! I keep my windows slightly open for a flow of fresh air to circulate throughout my space, so the filters have quite a challenge to keep up with keeping my air fresh and clean.
I have been using Blue Air for several years now and can say if is a great product that keeps allergens down in our home. We just purchased the one with the heater/cooler combo!

I have allergies all year and since I started using the Blue Pure air filter I have noticed a huge difference.
