How do I change my filter?
To change the filter on a the ECO10, remove the top of the unit to reveal the filters. Remove the top filter and then slide out the additional filters on each side. When inserting the new filters, follow the labels on the filter packaging to assure they are facing the correct way. Don’t worry about which filter is placed where, they’re all the same.
How is the ECO10 different than the 600 series?
We get it, the ECO10 and the 600 series look kind of similar. Where they differ is the German made electronically commutated motor used by the ECO10. The motor is more energy efficient, produces a more constant airflow, and lasts longer than other motors. This allows the ECO10 to use significantly less energy and classifies it as the most energy efficient air purifier in the world.
How close can I place my air purifier to the wall?
To allow the SurroundAir™ technology to work correctly, we suggest leaving 4 or more inches around the entire unit.
How many filters should I buy?
To replace the filters in your ECO10 unit, you only need to purchase one filter package, containing 3 filters. Different from our other units, the ECO10 filters only need to be changed once a year.
What if one of my wheels break?
Give us a call, 1.888.BLUEAIR, and we’ll order you a new one. Broken wheels can easily be removed by simply turning the unit on its side and pulling out the wheel. A new wheel can be popped back in, in the same way.
