How do I change my filter?
To change the filter on your Sense unit, use the handle to gently lay the unit on its side. Grasp the feet of the unit and pull firmly to remove the filter, there are two filters in the sense, so repeat this step on the opposite side. Each filter has two parts to replace. First remove the box style filter, and then the black carbon sheet can be popped out. Your new filter will come with 4 total pieces, 2 activated carbon sheets and 2 particle filters. When inserting the new filters, be sure the airflow arrows on the filter packaging match the airflow arrows on the units feet.
How many filters should I buy?
The Sense filters come in one type and include 2 activated carbon sheets and 2 particle filters, 4 pieces in total. The Sense filters combined the benefits of particle and carbon filtration, trapping both dust and odor.
How do I know when I need to change the filter in my Sense?
When it is time for you to change your filter, a red circle will appear next to the speed control display on the top of the unit.
How do I reset the filter timer on my Sense?
To reset the filter timer on the Sense, hold your finger down on the red circle until it flashes three times, be patient, it might take a few seconds. Once it has flashed three times, you have successfully reset your filter timer.
