The Factory reset restarts the device to its original settings.

You should only use the Factory reset as a "last chance" troubleshooting step, when the wifi/ connection is stuck.

Before you make a factory reset always first try to unplug the device and restart it first. On DustMagnet™ only a Wi-Fi "factory reset" can be done.

You can perform a factory reset on your DustMagnet™ by holding the power button for 15 seconds which will make the device “forget” any Wi-Fi credentials.
