To confirm the air purifier model name or to find out which filters are compatible with your unit, check the product label on the air purifier.
The Serial Number, model number and item number are found on the label inside the top of the air purifier. In some air purifiers, this is located directly at the back of the air purifier.
To remove the top and check the Serial number:
- Turn the air purifier off and unplug,
- Then, depending on your model, either:
- If your Blue Pure air purifier is cylindrical, carefully rotate the top cylinder counter clockwise to unlock and remove it from the unit, or
- If your Blue Pure air purifier is square, gently press the buttons on both sides of the unit simultaneously.
Note that for some of the models, the label may be found at the back of the air purifier.
Once you know your model number, you can go to https://www.blueair.com/us/air-purifier-filters. Scroll down and select the model you have. All compatible filters and pre-filters will then be displayed. You can then click and order your filter as needed.
Alternatively, if you already know your serial number, you can go to https://www.blueair.com/us/contact-us-page.html and select “Help me find a replacement filter.” Enter your serial number, and compatible filters for your model will be shown to you.
