The fan supports three heights: full (two poles), mid (one pole), or short (no poles — fan head directly on base).To shorten it, unscrew the base from the pole, remove a pole section, and reattach the base. Rotate each connection clockwise to tighten. Ensure all connections are snug — a loose joint can cause wobbling at higher speeds or inconsistent power to the fan.

Note: After reassembling at a different height, the fan head may not face the exact same direction as before. This is normal — once oscillation starts, the fan orients to its front position automatically. You can also lift the fan by the Halo ring and rotate it to face the direction you want.
