With air conditioning: place the fan across the room from your A/C unit. It circulates cool air throughout the room, reducing hot spots and improving cooling efficiency.

With heating: aim the fan slightly upward using vertical tilt. Warm air rises and collects near the ceiling —directing the fan upward pushes it back down and evens out room temperature.

With Blueair air purifiers or humidifiers: place the fan in the same room as your Blueair purifier or humidifier to accelerate the circulation of clean air or moisture evenly throughout the space.
