Try these steps:
- Make sure the power adapter is firmly plugged into both the wall outlet and the port on the underside of the baseplate.
- Press the power button on the Halo to turn it on.
- If still no response: press and hold the power button for 2 seconds — Display Lock may be active, which disablesthe Halo controls.
- Check that all pole connections are hand-tight. A loose connection near the base can interrupt power.
