Shipping Policy


The Blueair fulfillment team will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery once your order has shipped.


Shipping Costs:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $39 (excluding discounts and taxes) qualify for free Economy Ground shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $39 will be charged a flat rate of $5 within the continental U.S. Select states may include tax within the shipping cost.
  • Additional Charges: An extra $25 shipping fee applies to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For filter subscription orders under $39, the shipping rate is waived.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: The $5 flat rate and any additional shipping charges are non-refundable if the item is returned.

We cannot ship to PO boxes, and we do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blueair. If you need to return an item, we're here to make the process as easy as possible.


Here’s what you need to know:


·       Return Window: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return items bought directly from Blueair. Please note that this return policy is separate from our manufacturer’s warranty, which continues beyond the 60-day return period.


·       Eligibility for Return: You can return any item purchased directly from Blueair for any reason, unless noted in our return policy exceptions.


·       Return Policy Exceptions:

  1. Non-Returnable Accessories: Used filters or used pre-filters cannot be returned.
  2. Final Sale: Refurbished units are final sale and cannot be returned.
  3. Indirect Purchases: If you purchased through a reseller or third party, please refer to their return policy or contact them directly. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Blueair.

  1. Initiating a Return: Start your return by visiting this link. Follow the instructions provided within the return portal.


·       What to Expect:

  1. Shipping: Blueair will provide a pre-paid return label for you to use. Please use this label for your return, as we cannot accept returns that do not use our pre-paid label.
  2. Processing Time: After we receive your return, please allow 10-14 days for it to be processed.
  3. Refunds: Any applicable refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after return processing is complete.
