Subscriptions Terms of Sale
We offer filters on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”) that require payment upon shipping. Different plans or options are subject to different pricing, features and availability. We offer auto ship subscriptions (based on smart-enabled/connected device filter readings) and manual interval subscriptions (i.e., where Blueair ships you a filter every 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months at your choice). These Subscriptions can be purchased at point of sale or through our subscription journey. You will receive reminder notifications via email before your new filter is shipped. The filters will be shipped directly to the address you provide during checkout or can be updated in your account. To prevent delays in your order, any change to address or payment method must be completed 48 hours prior to your shipment date.
For SmartFilter / RealTrack Enabled Devices:
A smart enabled auto ship subscription works when you are signed up for filter subscription and you have paired your connected air purifier to our Blueair app.When your device has reached maximum filter usage and is sending a signal, Blueair will generate an order for a replacement filter, inform you of shipment, and send you a replacement filter if you don’t adjust the order 48 hours in advance. When you subscribe to our smart enabled auto ship Subscription service, you agree to receive filters based on the usage signal your air purifier sends via the Blueair app. If you choose not to pair your air purifier with the Blueair application, or your device loses connectivity, such as wifi loss, you agree to receive filters on the interval basis chosen during the subscription journey at point of enrollment. If you have purchased your subscription prior to June 23, 2023, you will default to a 9 month interval unless you choose to edit your subscription in your account.
Your Subscription for filter replacements includes the enrollment in automatic recurring payments when your new filter is scheduled to ship. You acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to use the payment information on file for the automatic shipment of filters to you. Unless you cancel your Subscription at least 48 hours prior to renewal, your Subscription will be charged when your filter is shipped. The payment information on file will be billed for the then-current Subscription fee.
Your Subscription will continue until canceled by you or by us. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our Blueair customer support team by emailing us at or chatting with us here. For returns or refunds see our Return Policy
You must cancel your Subscription 48 hours prior to your next recurring ship date to avoid being charged.
We will make every effort to ship your filters on time according to the intervals you have selected. However, we cannot guarantee that the filters will be delivered on the exact date of your choosing due to circumstances beyond our control.
Blueair may change the price, options, and shipping costs for the Subscriptions from time to time upon providing notice of any material and price change(s) to you. Changes for Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the change or the notice. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel the Subscription prior to the change going into effect. Please make sure you read any such notification of changes carefully.
