Understanding Our Air Purifier Filters
At Blueair, we offer a variety of filters to suit different air purification needs. All of our air purifiers utilize HEPASilent™ filtration technology, which combines mechanical and electrostatic filtration to ensure efficient and quiet operation. Here’s a breakdown of our filter types, each designed to provide optimal performance in specific scenarios. You can find all the available filters for your model by using our filter identifier here . Just click the link, select "Help me find a replacement filter", enter your serial number and all the compatible filters for your model will be shown.

1. Particle Filter
The Particle Filter focuses solely on particle filtration and is only available on select units. This filter:

• Captures at least 99.97% of airborne particles, even those as small as 0.1 microns.
• Is ideal for environments where only high-efficiency particle filtration is needed.

2. Particle & Carbon Filter
The Particle & Carbon Filter is designed for general air purification needs and is standard on most Blueair units. This filter:

• Captures at least 99.97% of airborne particles, even those as small as 0.1 microns.
• Includes activated carbon to trap household odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
• Is ideal for general air purification, maintaining high airflow and energy efficiency.

3. SmokeBlock Filter
The SmokeBlock Filter provides enhanced protection against smoke and its associated pollutants. This filter:

• Removes up to 99.99% of wildfire smoke along with extra protection against other wildfire emissions such as toxic gasses, smog, and odors.
• Features 2x the amount of activated carbon compared to our standard filter, which effectively traps strong household odors and wildfire emissions.
• Is ideal for areas affected by wildfires or environments with high levels of smoke and smog.

4. AllergenBlock Filter
The AllergenBlock Filter is specifically designed for individuals sensitive to allergens. This filter:

• Captures at least 99.97% of airborne particles, even those as small as 0.1 microns.
• Once allergens like pollen, dust, and pet dander are captured on the filter, 90% of their sneeze-inducing properties are deactivated, making the air more comfortable for individuals with allergies.
• Includes activated carbon to reduce strong household odors.
• Is ideal for homes with pets or individuals with allergies, providing an additional layer of allergen protection.

2. Select PAYMENT on the left side of the screen and add your new card (be sure to hit "save"!)

3. Note! If your order was canceled or you would like to make changes to your next shipment date:

• Please select FILTER SUBSCRIPTION
• Hit "edit" on each subscription you wish to update & select the next available ship date

4. Save your changes & you'll be all set!

You should first confirm the air purifier model name to find which filters are compatible with your unit.

The serial and model numbers can be found on the product label located on the back of the air purifier.
To view the MAC address, remove the bottom pre-filter to access the label.

If your air purifier is connected to the Blueair app you can additionally view the MAC address by selecting air purifier name and navigating to Product Settings › Product Information.

Once you know your model number, you can go to https://www.blueair.com/us/air-purifier-filters. Scroll down and select the model you have. All compatible filters and pre-filters will then be displayed. You can then click and order your filter as needed.
