1. From the Review Order page you will find your Shipping and billing address
2. To the right of each you will see an Edit option. Click on it.
3. Click on Add a New Address to update Shipping or Billing address.
4. Click Continue to Payment.
Please use the box and packing material that came with your new unit to package and return the old unit. Be sure to remove or cover any shipping labels. Seal your box with plastic or nylon tape at least two inches wide. Don't use duct tape. Finally, print and place the return label that was sent to you on the box and drop it off at the UPS location or contact UPS to schedule a pick-up.
To verify if your Subscription is active, log into your Blueair account directly on the Blueair website. Simply sign into the website, then click FILTER SUBSCRIPTION on the left side of the screen. This will take you to the screen where you can view the current status of your account and manage your Subscription
