Purifier works really well. Have had multiple experiences where I cooked in my kitchen and quickly spiked the PM ratings up to 100. Turned the purifier on max and it brought the readings back down to 0 within about 10 minutes - incredibly quickly. I have had other purifiers in that space before in a similar situation, and they took 30-45 minutes to bring the air quality back to normal. Additionally, the purifier is also very quiet even on the max setting.
The unit is quiet and effective. (Although the previous unit started making scraping noises but Blueair was very responsive to this and they replaced the unit readily.)
I really like blue air cleaners. My last one broke after a few years and was replaced. I have 2dogs and a wood stove. And allergies. This helps to keep allergies under control
I’ve been using the Blue Pure 211i Max for a few months now. I have it placed in an extra large multi-purpose room in my home. First off, it’s incredibly aesthetically pleasing within my home. Most importantly it does not disrupt my families lifestyle, it enhances the rooms air quality and brings a breath of fresh air and peace of mind. The air is continuously being cleaned, freshened, and monitored for any changes. I absolutely love that it will detect any particulate matter immediately and begin quickly cycling the air at an appropriate speed ( when set on auto function ) and will notify me visually via the LED display panel and color indicator when set on a manual speed. It removes all odors and allergens to make my home so much more healthy and comfortable. The fan is non obtrusive and the unit is lightweight if I decided to re-locate to another area. I leave mine running 24/7 and highly appreciate the companion mobile App that allows me to take a quick look at the quality of the air within my home which provides valuable insights as well as allows for any manual adjustments. The device and app are both intuitive and very well designed. When the air quality outside is unhealthy or affects sensitive individuals, I can rest assured that my home is continuously providing clean healthy air. I live in a larger-than-normal apartment, and this unit has made a huge difference in my living space. Noticeably less dust and allergens in the air, including the lingering cooking smell. Best air purifier I have owned.
