Your purifier has a limited warranty of up to one year from the date of purchase. To extend the warranty to two years or more (depending on your model, check the product pages of your purifier for additional warranty specifics), you would have needed to complete the Product Registration form in the 'Devices and warranty" section of your customer account, within (60) days of purchase or register through the Blueair Friend mobile app. If this is not completed within 60 days of purchase, Blueair may deny your warranty claim for the second year of coverage.
Blueair no longer offers a Smart Subscription program that automatically ships replacement filters based on remaining filter life of a connected device. All previous subscribers have been transitioned to a frequency based subscription cadence.
