You have 30 days from the order date to return the item that was shipped to you for a refund.
All Blueair units must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and user manual.
To start your return for a refund go to one of the following links depending on your country and you will be guided through completing the return process:

b. CA: https://returns.narvar.com/blueair/returns?locale=en_CA
1. Log in to your Blueair account directly through the Blueair website
2. Select My Profile on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Payment Method, and select Add New Payment Method on the right side of the screen. Once you've added a new payment method be sure to remove your old payment method that you wanted to replace.
3. Note! If your order was canceled or you would like to make changes to your next shipment date
Please check with your receptionist (if applicable) or with neighbors to see if they may have accidentally received your package. If you are still unable to locate the order, please get in touch with our support team.
