How do Pro models differ from Classic?

The Pro family features v-shaped filters for maximum filter area, a minimal interface design, and a sleek white appearance to blend in seamlessly in a professional environment.

I've replaced my filters, now how do I reset the filter replacement indicator?​

Press and hold down the LED button for 10 seconds to reset the replacement filter indicator. ​​


How do I register for warranty?

To extend the Limited Warranty from one year to five (5) years, simply complete the product registration form in the 'My Units' section of your customer account, within (60) days of purchase or register through the Blueair mobile app.​

Where can I place my Pro?

Place your Pro air purifier in a location that allows air to circulate freely in, out, and around the unit. We recommend placing at least 4" away from walls and furniture.

How can I dim the display?

While the unit is running, the display will slowly disappear after 30 seconds. To activate the display again, simply touch one of the buttons.

¹Based on third-party testing of removal rate of fine particles according to GB/T18801-2015 standard and pollen removal rate according to AHAM AC/1-2019 standard. According to AHAM, air changes per hour (ACH) is the measure of the outside air volume added to a space divided by the volume of that space over a set amount of time.  


²Comparing CADR performance of Blueair models vs same models with only H13 HEPA. At similar CADRs, Blueair models achieved less noise than same models with only H13 HEPA. Noise refers to the dB(A) difference in acoustic power. Tested on Blue Pure 211+ Auto, DustMagnet™ 5400i, Protect 7400 series. Performance may vary.
